Midas Resources Limited is a West Australian based company with a focus on gold and copper projects. The company has a gold project at Lake Carey, south of Laverton which includes the Fortitude gold deposit (356,000oz) where the Company is carrying out pre-feasibility studies into the development of a mining and treatment operation. Midas also has an aggressive exploration and acquisition program aimed at building the Resource-base in the Lake Carey area.

Midas is exploring for copper and gold deposits in the Paterson Province where the company has four granted Exploration Licences covering 1,088sq km of highly prospective ground. Midas is exploring for big rich Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) deposits and Nifty style copper deposits. Midas has already identified a range of drill targets in the subject tenements and is planning significant geophysical programs in order to model the targets prior to drilling.

Midas’ strategy is to focus exploration on the Paterson Project which has excellent upside potential for discovery of a significant mineral deposit, and development of our gold project at Lake Carey.
